We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Certain types of goods (such as perishable items, personalized/customized products, and intimate items like undergarments) cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer support at mail@imella-store.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days after receiving return approval.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
